Customer Reviews
Easy way to invest
So, I finally decided to check out Groundfloor. My friend kept talking about it. I put a little money into their Automated Investing and it was pretty straightforward. Set it up and just let it do its thing. No crazy fees or anything. It's nice to see some returns without having to do much work. Definitely way easier than I thought it would be.
Decent returns for new money
As a first-time investor with Groundfloor, I was looking for the best bang for my buck. I signed up through a referral link and got the promotional credit, which was a nice start. I put my initial investment into a few of their Residential Fix and Flip Loans. The returns look promising, and it's good to see the progress updates on the loans. It felt like a low-risk way to dip my toes into real estate investing without needing a ton of capital. So far, the value for money seems quite good, especially with the bonus I received. It made the initial investment feel more worthwhile.
Simple investment, good start
Invested in Groundfloor Notes. Process was quick. Minimum investment is great. Returns are as expected. Easy to set up and monitor.
Good for diversification, small issues
I tried Groundfloor recently, putting some money into their Short-term Real Estate Notes. The platform itself is pretty user-friendly, and it's nice to be able to diversify into real estate with such a low minimum investment. I liked the transparency of the loan details. However, I did notice that the investment opportunities, especially for the smaller amounts, can be snapped up really quickly. It took a few tries to get my funds allocated where I wanted them. Overall, a solid option for adding real estate debt to a portfolio, but they could improve the availability for smaller investors.

What happens if one of these real estate loans just completely tanks? Like, does my whole investment just disappear?
Hey, thinking about putting some money into Groundfloor. What's the smallest amount I can start with? Just dipping my toes.
Are those signup bonuses for real? Saw something about a $50 bonus if someone refers me. Is that legit or just clickbait?
How does Groundfloor stack up against something like Fundrise? Heard good things about both, but not sure which one's better for a beginner.
